About the Client

Corelle is a manufacturer and retailer of Smart, Strong, Stylish Dinnerware and dishware. The business has been operating in Austalia since 1970's selling its own and numerous international brands in its stores across the country. 

The Project

CAEM has been working with Corelle since the early 2000s, supporting them with both new store fit-outs and the supply of replacement units and expansions.

This was a new store. The project brief was, as with other stores, to provide shop shelving to create a warm, inviting and modern space, that would complement their range of products and encourage browsing and sales.

Store shelving needed to be engineered with strength in mind, to deal with often heavy products. Tall wall bays should be provided to maximise merchandising space, and include areas to securely store excess stock.

The Solution

In this particular store CAEM supplied its time tested, ultra flexible M25 Store Shelving System with 600mm deep shelves on both the wall and shop gondolas.

A selection of adaptable shelving units were used, with both plain and perforated back panels to allow the fitment of shelves, but also hooks to hang items such as pans.

Custom made roller blind tops on the units provide storage for any excess merchandise, keeping it neatly and securely stored until required.

The Result

The resulting retail store is open and spacious but provides a huge capacity for merchandise. 

The custom painted Black and White units provide a crisp, modern look that complements the brand and merchandise on display.
